PUBLIC INFORMATION NOTICE TO ALL TICKET HOLDERS ESPECIALLY INDIVIDUALS AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF UNDER 18’S
Please note: Harmony Live 2019 is an over 18’s event. However, under 18’s accompanied by an adult can gain entry. Parents/guardians will be required to show age ID & sign a consent form in order for under 18s to gain admission on the day.
Any parents/guardians accompanying someone under 18 years old will be responsible for them for the duration of the concert, and should therefore remain with the young person(s) for the duration of the event.
Following consultation with PSNI and Ards and North Down Borough Council the following is recommended:-
YOU SHOULD PLAN AND BOOK YOUR RETURN TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS IN ADVANCE.
Transport to and from the venue is a matter for individual ticket-holders. Bus and train services are very regular and nearby.
Please bring rain gear as NO Umbrellas will be permitted. Ponchos will be available to purchase if required. The good news is according to the Met Office it should be between 16 - 18 degrees with only light rain over the festival weekend times.
Patrons are advised to be at the grounds as close to 6/6.30pm as possible. No Backpacks / Large Handbags - We recommend if you are bringing personal bags, purses or clutch bags, you should only bring smaller ones as no large bags will be admitted. There are NO Cloakroom / Locker Facilities on site.
THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT. THE FESTIVAL WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE.
DO: Please dress appropriately and always be prepared for the weather…. so check the weather forecast, especially via the BBC, ACUWEATHER or the MET OFFICE and where appropriate, bring wellies.
Respect the property and privacy of the residents in the vicinity of the Holywood Rugby Club Playing Fields.
For your own safety please co-operate with the directions of the Stewards & the PSNI and follow any public address announcements. Move slowly and quietly while exiting the concert and co-operate with the stewards’, following their directions.
Drink responsibly! If you are of legal age and choose to consume alcohol please drink responsibly. For all drink aware facts please see the www.drinkaware.co.ukwebsite. Please note - the Festival Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any patrons thought to be intoxicated and/or engaging in antisocial behaviour, or to have them escorted from site without a refund.
Please note that great food catering and bar facilities will be available to purchase in the concert site. Please contact the Festival Organisers directly if you should require to bring food or drink for medical reasons.
Photo ID may be required to purchase alcohol at the Event. You are not permitted to bring alcohol onto the concert site and there will be efficient searches in place.
Please note it is concert goer’s responsibility to prove their age when requested. You may be asked to produce ID to prove your age especially if you are deemed to not meet the age requirements for the event.
Plan your journey and please be aware of show starting and finishing times 6.30pm - 10.45pm
If you have any queries or require any assistance during the event you should advise a member of staff as soon as possible or contact festival organisers.
Do not bring alcohol, food, drinks (excl. less than 500ml sealed water), glass, cans, fireworks, flags, laser pens or pointers, spikes, studs or other items that could be considered dangerous,
Prohibited items will be confiscated and disposed of accordingly by security.
Do not park illegally. Towing arrangements are in operation.
Please follow signs to the designated parking facilities for cars.
Parking available at the nearby Spafield car park, Belfast Road.
When entering the concert you may need to prove your age so please bring one of the following:
Photo driving license
Government approved Proof of Age card www.validateuk.co.uk
National Union of Students Card (NUS Card)
Please be advised that the age policy will be strictly enforced and it is concert goer’s responsibility to be able to prove their age when requested - persons who purchase tickets and ignore or fail to comply with conditions will be refused entry with NO refund.
